• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so;
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
• Detection of a duplicate account in breach of Section 2.3 of these Terms;
• Conduct that poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to bb8b;
• Identification of the account holder as a person who is self-excluded from bb8b or from gambling more broadly;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling bb8b to restrict the account.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
